1. What is Flora Nero’s return policy?

Flora Nero will accept returns within 14 days of purchase of products in their original condition with their packaging in their original condition.

Flora Nero offers a 6 month warranty on all products. If a product is defective, Flora Nero will repair or replace the item. If it is determined that a product was damaged due to misuse, mistreatment, or dishonesty on behalf of the customer, the repair/replacement will be at the customer’s expense.

2. Does Flora Nero offer free shipping?

Currently, Flora Nero offers free shipping only in the continental United States. You can determine shipping costs outside of that area during checkout.

3. Where can I see Flora Nero pieces in person?

Flora Nero can be seen at our exclusive retailer, Just One Eye, in Los Angeles, California. Flora Nero also hosts exclusive, VIP events utilizing the collection. Be sure to sign up for exclusive invitations.
