Returns

14 Days to Return

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Pieces MUST be in original, unused condition, and in its original packaging with all components included.

Defective Items

Flora Nero grants a 6 month warranty on our pieces for any defective product. Flora Nero will repair or replace the item deemed defective due to manufacturing error. Any item that is found to be damaged or made defective by misuse, mistreatment, or dishonesty on behalf of the customer will be repaired/replaced at the customer’s expense.
